Interested in having us come to your event to be the photographer? It’s easy!
There is no fee to the hosting club. I will travel 90 minutes from Arthur to attend your event. All Photographs from the event will be put online into an event gallery for ordering and purchasing of digital files and prints. To find photos easy, each day of the event will have its own album as well as photos sorted.
Send us an e-mail with the date, location, time and type of event. I will send you a confirmation and will be making pricing based on your event. If there are any special requests for packages, please let us know ahead.
There is nothing that the hosting club needs to worry about. All that I ask is that our Social Media flyer is shared on your clubs page as well as mention to the competitors that I am the official photographer at the event. I will have a flyer with me of prices, as well as business cards for competitors.
After the event, photos have basic edits applied to make up for indoor lighting, sun exposure, etc. It usually takes approximately 7 business days to edit two full days at an event (Roughly 1,200 proofs)
