How can I order images?

Ordering Instructions are at the top of every Event Proofs Google Photos album.

Message us on Facebook or e-mail us with the file names for your photos. (i.e. IMG_SAT(123).jpg).

Please let us know which products you would like. We have a 6 page Item Catalog which has all Prints and Gifts available to order. All prices include Canada Post ExpressPost shipping charges included. All products except regular photo prints and gifts come with a Digital File. All of our products are sourced from a local print shop. We source all of our products locally to support local businesses.

Final Digital Images will be delivered via Dropbox direct download link. If ordering any Print Products, please send us your mailing address when placing your order. E-transfer, PayPal, Cheque or Cash accepted. Auto deposit is set-up for e-transfer. (no security question) Please note there is a delay with photos being paid for with a cheque as I cannot release them before I have received payment.

How long does it take to receive my photos?

We give a 3-5 business day delivery period for all Digital Files since every purchased photo is professionally edited with Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop before delivery. We want to make sure that your photos are perfect before you receive them. We specifically edit every single purchased photo so the exposure and colours are as accurate as possible.

Can I print my Digital Files myself?

High Resolution Digital Files are printable up to 16″ x 20″, however we cannot guarantee prints that were printed by a third party. When ordering prints with us, I personally crop the photos for the size of print that was ordered to make sure there is no distortion. My computer screens are also colour calibrated to match closely with my local print shop to make sure that there are no errors. When you use a separate print service, they are re-editing a JPEG file to match the print dimensions and their colour calibrations for their printer. The compression method is lossy, meaning that some original image information is lost and cannot be restored, possibly affecting image quality. JPEG files are what is sent to all clients as Digital Files, RAW files from the camera are not supported on devices without the professional editing software (cannot be viewed in a photo viewer or uploaded to social media). We do not give out RAW format files. Using your own print service is at your own risk and is not guaranteed.
